Delete Account

You can delete your Bosman account at any time. Here's how — from inside the app, or, if your subscription has expired, by emailing our support team.

We'd be sorry to see you go

We're sorry whenever a user decides to leave. To help us improve Bosman, it would mean a lot to us if you could briefly let us know what made you take this step.

Delete from inside the app

If you have an active subscription and can sign in:

  1. Open the Bosman app.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Scroll to the Account section.
  4. Tap Delete account.
  5. Read the warning in the confirmation dialog and confirm with Delete.

Delete without an active subscription

If your subscription has expired and you can no longer reach the in-app settings, send us an email:

  • To: support@bosman.app
  • Subject: Delete account
  • Send the email from the address you used to create your Bosman account.
  • You will receive a confirmation once the deletion has been processed.

What gets deleted?

  • Your account in the Bosman backend
  • Your login credentials in our identity provider (Keycloak)
  • All registered devices, sources and personal settings stored on our servers

What is not automatically deleted?

  • App Store or Play Store subscriptions are not cancelled by deleting your account. Please cancel them separately in your App Store settings.
  • Local app data on other devices where the app is still installed (this is only cleared automatically when deletion is triggered from inside the app).
