The "Bosman" app is provided to you as is. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

2. Beta Status

Bosman is currently in beta. Features may be incomplete, may change at short notice, or may not work correctly in every case.

3. Third-Party Disclaimer

Bosman is an independent third-party application and is not affiliated with Bose Corporation. Bose and SoundTouch are registered trademarks of Bose Corporation. The app uses the public API of the devices to provide its functionality. There is no support, maintenance, or warranty from Bose Corporation. Bose is not responsible for the operation of this app or the associated services.

4. Functionality

The app enables the control of Bose SoundTouch speakers on the local network, the playback of DLNA media server content, and the streaming of internet radio programs. The availability of these features depends on your hardware, your network, and the availability of the respective third-party services.

5. Third-Party Dependencies

The functionality of the app depends in part on devices, services, and interfaces from third parties, in particular devices of the Bose brand (e.g. SoundTouch systems) and internet radio services. Changes, restrictions, or discontinuation of such services or interfaces may affect or completely prevent the functionality of the app at any time.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The app has been developed with care, but we do not guarantee the constant availability of all functions or compatibility with future firmware updates from hardware manufacturers. Use is at your own risk.

In particular, we provide no guarantee and accept no liability that devices, configurations, or existing setups will remain unaffected or fully functional during a migration, relinking, transition, or other change. In particular, changes to existing device configurations, migrations, or relinking may result in loss of functionality or unexpected behavior.

7. Copyright

The design and code of the "Bosman" app are protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. We also reserve the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, at any time. By continuing to use the app after such changes, you accept the updated terms.
